These Terms govern use of LookCoach.

Service

LookCoach provides scan-based appearance coaching, routine guidance, product recommendations, progress tracking, and AI coaching. Features may change as the product improves.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features require an active subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and restores are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account settings.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer the service, upload images they do not have rights to use, or use the app to harass, shame, or evaluate other people without consent.

Not Medical Advice

LookCoach is not a medical provider. The app does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. It provides coaching and educational information only. Consult a doctor or qualified professional for serious skin, hair, or health concerns.

AI Output

AI analysis may be incomplete, imperfect, or affected by photo quality, lighting, camera angle, and user-provided context. Users should treat output as directional guidance, not objective truth.

Product Recommendations

Some product links may become affiliate links. Recommendations are intended to be useful and tiered by fit. Users should verify product suitability and ingredient compatibility before buying.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
